HeadStrong Training, a Bristol based business, specialises in reducing stress in the workplace by enhancing staff wellbeing through developing resilience, emotional intelligence, promoting positive mental health and building on the foundations of wellbeing.

In January 2020 the business made the decision to rebrand and recognised that they would also need a new website.  After an initial meeting with our team we commenced work on the project.

As the business was actively networking and completing other marketing activity it was important that they had a web presence as quickly as possible. To achieve a fast turnaround a phased approach was agreed, this would allow us to deliver a detailed landing page quickly for the business and then develop the rest of the website over a timescale that worked for all parties.


An initial fact-finding meeting took place between Headstrong Training and our team and that meant lots of questions to understand the vision for the business, the current brand and the values of the business.  This enabled us to draw out from the business the overarching vision for the new website.

The new website would be based upon a WordPress theme. Lisa Jones, Founder of Headstrong Training had conducted her own research and found a theme that she liked. ATW advised that although visually the theme she had selected could have worked for her business, it would have not been able to be supported by the WordPress platform and would have been difficult for the business to manage down the line.

By understanding that the business liked simple, minimalist and clean styles we are able to recommend some alternative themes for the business and select one which Lisa loved.


The whole process was very smooth and efficient as we collaborated with the business fully during the project.  Our team provided guidance and support along the way including a direct point of contact during the website build to ensure that the business was kept in the loop throughout.
